A great financial offer and a phenomenal arts program set the stage for me to experiment a diverse range of music. This will set me up to thrive in my desired career as a musicologist.
What is your favorite Mountaineer memory?
Playing jazz at the weekly WVU jazz jam! Being surrounded by kind, like-minded, talented individuals inspires me continuously.
Why did you want to become a PSA?
I wanted to grow my public speaking skills and to take time to promote the great developments that occur in the Creative Arts College.
What did you learn from the PSA experience?
I learned how to be a better leader and a better speaker, but more importantly, gained a much better understanding of the dynamics of leadership. I gained a deep awareness of my leadership theory as well as my strengths and weaknesses, which has allowed me to grow into a more successful version of myself.
