On September 21, 2022, Presidential Student Ambassador Giana Loretta introduced Princess Sarah Culberson at the Hardesty Festival of Ideas/Purpose Week event at the WVU Mountainlair.  Princess Sarah discussed her extraordinary journey of growing up in Morgantown, WV with her adoptive family and discovering that she was descended from royalty in Sierra Leone,  She described her "purpose" as promoting education, empowerment, diversity and inclusion through her non-profit work in Sierra Leone.
