WHY DID YOU CHOOSE WVU?

As soon as I stepped foot on campus, I knew it was the place I belonged. I loved the culture WVU had to offer because I felt it was reflective of the fundamental values this state stands for. Growing up in West Virginia, there was a sense of pride when it came to choosing WVU.

What is your favorite Mountaineer memory?

My favorite Mountaineer memory is the moment it was announced that I would become the next Mountaineer Mascot. There is not better feeling then doing the "Let's Go Mountaineers!" chant with thousands of people responding back to you. This moment is so important to me because I knew all my hard work had paid off and my dream had finally came true.

Why did you want to become a PSA?

I wanted to become a Presidential Student Ambassador because I have such a passion and appreciation for this great University that has given me all my success. This opportunity allows me to make this school a better place and help students love WVU as much as I do. Being a PSA, allows me to represent our school in and out of my buckskins.

What did you learn from the PSA experience?

I learned how to better myself as a leader, a person, and a Mountaineer. The PSA program provided me with knowledge and skills from great resources.
