Why did you choose WVU?

I chose WVU because the country roads will always be my home! Opportunities such as undergraduate research and the innovative journalism program drew me to WVU, and this first semester has proven that I made the right choice.

What is your favorite Mountaineer memory?

My favorite Mountaineer memory is attending the Monday Night Lights the first week that I came to Morgantown. I was able to bring old and new friendships together and it was a great beginning to my WVU experience.

Why did you want to become a PSA?

I am interested in being a PSA because I want to be a voice for change within the student body and the university. By becoming a PSA, I can grow my leadership and public speaking skills which will allow me to work toward my goals!

What did you learn from the PSA experience?

From the PSA experience, I learned the true value of being a leader that listens and communicates with their group. Public speaking isn’t the most enjoyable activity for most people, but learning how beneficial it can be was a lesson that will positively impact my leadership skills in the future.
