Congratulations to Ashley Eby (Cohort 1) from Wellsburg, WV, and Allie Satterfield (Cohort 3) from Morgantown, WV, for being selected as West Virginia University Outstanding Seniors and Order of Augusta. Both awards recognize students for their contributions in scholarship., leadership, and service. 

Each semester since Spring 2019, whether face-to-face or via Zoom, Captain John “Coach” Havlik has talked with Presidential Student Ambassadors about lessons from his book, The Leadership Killer: Reclaiming Humility in the Age of Arrogance. Immediately after presenting their final speeches, A Reflection on Leadership and Service, in the WVU Mountainlair, the Presidential Student Ambassadors received their PSA certificates signed by President Gee and Coordinator, Dr. Carolyn Atkins. It was the first time since Fall 2019 that PSAs were able to deliver final speeches in a face-to-face setting with guests attending.
