I chose WVU because of their commitment to service, not only to the community but to the entire state. I have been involved in 4-H through WVU Extension since I was in 3rd grade, and I have seen the positives of serving my community. I hope to continue my service throughout my whole time here at WVU!
What is your favorite Mountaineer memory?
My favorite Mountaineer memory is making new friends during welcome week. I tried my best to go to all sorts of different activities and I made so many friends in doing so!
Why did you want to become a PSA?
I wanted to become a PSA so that I could help improve and continue to serve my new community of WVU and Morgantown, WV.
What did you learn from the PSA experience?
In being a PSA I learned how to be a more effective leader in a collegiate setting, served both WVU and the surrounding Morgantown community, and developed skills that will benefit me throughout college and my future career.
